Wonders of green tea

Owning a tea company, one would think that I drink copious amounts of green tea all day. I would say that I did indeed use to drink a lot, especially in the early days, however, the past few months, I have found myself, drinking less of it. Truthfully, I pretty much stopped drinking tea altogether.

I don’t know when this actually occured, but slowly, I saw my intake go from 8 - 10 cups a day, to 0 in about 2 months. I would say it was because of how busy I am and how I’m just in too much of a rush to enjoy a nice cuppa, but then I would be kidding myself. The real reason was that I simply got bored of drinking tea.

Now, after not drinking tea, and only drinking water and soda, a lot of soda, I find myself feeling run down. I used to have enough energy that would take me through the day and keep me going until I got everything done. Now, I fight to stay awake at 3pm.

I will start drinking tea again in hopes that my energy levels will come back up and I will be able to stay awake during our meetings.

Tomorrow is a new day. Plus it’s a great time to start as we just received some new samples. I can’t wait to try these new teas. Who knows. Maybe they’ll show up on the site.
