Korean entrepreneur uses green tea in pizza dough

This is a great little article about a Korean entrepreneur who wanted to do something different to make his pizza stand out. So after experimenting he ended up with making his pizza dough with green tea instead of just water.

Of course that was just a small component of his recipe, but for us in the tea industry this is a great coup because many of us have been substituting green tea or black tea for regular water in many of our own recipes albeit usually for dessert items like cookies and biscotti. But I must admit, I am interested in trying out this pizza.
